These terms apply to latticeservicegroup.com, the Lattice customer and vendor apps, and our text messages. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using our website and apps
- The website describes our services. It is not an offer or a contract. Work we do for a customer is governed by our agreement with that customer. Work a shop does for us is governed by our Master Subcontractor Agreement.
- Keep your sign-in codes private. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
- Don't misuse the site or apps. That includes trying to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, copying data in bulk, or interfering with other users.
- The Lattice name, logo and site content belong to Lattice Service Group LLC.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Lattice Service Group job texts.
- Who gets texts: trade shops that join our network and agree to texts when they sign up, technicians a shop assigns to a job, and customer contacts who reply YES to job status texts.
- What we send: job offers, job assignments and updates, links to check in and close out a job, sign-in codes, and invoice and payment confirmations. We don't send marketing texts.
- How often: it varies with the number of jobs.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one text confirming you've been removed. Reply START to begin again.
- For help: reply HELP, call or email .
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our privacy policy explains how we handle mobile numbers. We never share them, or your consent to texts, for marketing.
The website itself
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties. The warranties for our work are the ones in our signed agreements.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lattice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or apps. Nothing here changes a signed agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
